What you'll do

As the LATAM Business Controller at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the accounting function for our new legal entity in Brazil. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with local regulations while supporting the company's growth objectives. You will lead the implementation of IT systems that streamline accounting processes and enhance reporting capabilities. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will provide insights and recommendations that drive operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.

You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with both US and Brazilian GAAP. Your expertise will be crucial in communicating financial information to stakeholders across the organization, helping them understand the implications of accounting decisions.
