What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on the top of the recruiting funnel, building pipelines of exceptional Forward Deployed Engineers who are customer-facing software engineers. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing and identifying candidates who have the right combination of technical ability and customer-facing skills. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidates' fit for the role. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. As you build relationships with potential candidates, you will represent Northslope Technologies Inc. and its mission to create innovative AI software solutions.
