Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in Sales, Finance, or Management Consulting. Your background includes working in a hyperscaler or B2B enterprise technology environment, and you possess an MBA degree as a preferred qualification. You are recognized as a change management leader, capable of advocating for new approaches and leading the change process across a region. Your experience in a high-growth sales environment has equipped you with excellent project management skills, allowing you to execute complex strategic and operational initiatives effectively.

You have a strong ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels and manage several time-constrained projects simultaneously. Your excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills enable you to tie technical solutions to customer value, making you a key player in driving organizational success.

What you'll do

As the Strategic Initiatives Lead for APAC, you will report directly to the Chief of Staff, APAC, and play a critical role in supporting programs that drive the APAC cloud business. Your primary mission is to ensure that executive leadership has the insights and rhythm of business tracking required for effective decision-making. You will support a portfolio that ranges from annual planning and long-term strategic projects to business escalations and administrative tasks required by the Chief of Staff or the APAC Regional Vice President.

You will work across all levels of the organization to drive alignment and execution on business goals. Your role will involve leading special projects and performing data-driven analyses to provide strategic recommendations for complex regional challenges. Collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and HR will be essential to foster organizational culture and ensure alignment with global and regional strategies.
