You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the financial technology sector. You are energetic and hands-on, willing to go beyond the typical job description to retain and grow relationships with Square's largest merchants. You understand the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises and are committed to providing exceptional service. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprise accounts in Spain. You will work closely with merchants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that help them succeed. Your focus will be on customer retention and growth, ensuring that merchants are satisfied with Square's offerings. You will collaborate with various teams, including sales, product, and support, to address any issues and implement improvements. You will also analyze account performance and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
