Pagaya is seeking a Compensation Consultant to lead the U.S. compensation cycle in collaboration with the global compensation team. This temporary role requires expertise in managing compensation processes and effective communication with HR and leadership.
You have experience in compensation consulting, ideally with a focus on U.S. compensation cycles. You understand the intricacies of compensation management and are skilled in ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process. Your communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with HR, managers, executives, and payroll teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. You are detail-oriented and can manage the full compensation cycle process from preparation to execution and post-cycle analysis. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with global teams to achieve common goals.
In this role, you will lead and execute Pagaya's U.S. compensation cycle, partnering closely with the compensation lead based in Tel Aviv. Your responsibilities will include preparing for the compensation cycle, executing the process, and conducting post-cycle analysis and reporting. You will ensure that all communications regarding compensation are clear and consistent, helping to support U.S. employees and leaders during this critical period. You will play a key role in analyzing compensation data and providing insights that will inform future compensation strategies. Your work will directly impact the financial well-being of employees and the overall effectiveness of the compensation program.
