Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Lead Support Account Manager to provide high-touch support to strategic Premium customers. You'll leverage your technical understanding and relationship management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and drive contract renewals. This role requires strong communication and collaboration across teams.

You have a strong background in customer support and account management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to high-value clients. Your experience includes managing complex customer relationships and ensuring that clients receive maximum value from the services provided. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively advocate for customers while collaborating with internal teams. Your ability to analyze customer needs and provide proactive insights is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and committed to follow-through, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care and precision. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can make sound judgments under pressure, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary support advocate for Fivetran's Premium customers, managing the end-to-end support experience. You will handle customer cases and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting proactive health reviews and providing data-driven insights to help customers optimize their use of Fivetran's services. You will engage with cross-functional teams, including Support, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping and maturing Fivetran's Premium Support program, identifying opportunities for process improvements and advocating for customer needs. Your strategic partnership with internal teams will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and achieving successful contract renewals.
