Grafana is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition in the North East region. You'll be responsible for prospecting and closing opportunities with new customers. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in managing forecasts and customer data.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector — you understand the nuances of consultative selling and can effectively identify customer needs before presenting solutions. Your ability to nurture relationships and close deals has been demonstrated through your previous roles, where you've consistently met or exceeded sales targets.
You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable using digital tools to manage your sales pipeline and customer interactions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. You are self-motivated and enjoy working autonomously while being part of a collaborative team.
Experience with observability tools or open-source software is a plus, as it will help you connect with potential customers more effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools will enable you to manage your accounts efficiently.
