You have extensive experience in logistics automation and project management, ideally with a focus on system implementation. Your background includes applying data analysis to optimize operational processes, ensuring that you can lead the successful launch of complex systems. You thrive in environments that require collaboration with cross-functional teams and international vendors, demonstrating your ability to navigate diverse working relationships. Your familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI allows you to present insights effectively, while your knowledge of SQL enables you to conduct thorough operational analyses. You hold a Lean Six Sigma certification or similar, showcasing your commitment to process improvement and operational excellence. You are comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and have a strong bias for action, always striving to deliver customer-centric solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle of Coupang's new Auto Sorter system, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget. You will apply lessons learned from existing equipment data to enhance the design and functionality of the new system. Your responsibilities will include managing the project schedule, budget, and risks while fostering collaboration between internal teams and external partners. After the system launch, you will conduct real-time analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as uptime and sorting accuracy, using this data to develop and implement improvement plans. You will work closely with on-site teams to refine operational processes, ensuring that the system operates at peak efficiency and delivers exceptional service to customers. Your role will also involve mentoring team members and sharing best practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
