What you'll do

As the Implementation Project Lead at AuditBoard, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of software implementations. This includes overseeing the process from the sales handoff to the system go-live, ensuring that each phase is executed smoothly. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and configure the AuditBoard solution accordingly. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that implementations are completed on time and meet customer expectations. You will also be tasked with developing a comprehensive understanding of the AuditBoard product to provide the best possible support to customers throughout the implementation process.
