Who you are

You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and are eager to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. As an Entry Level Auto Body Repair Technician, you are ready to perform light bodywork, including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards of quality. You are also open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by the company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to auto body repair. This includes removing and installing bumpers, performing minor plastic welding, and executing small area bodywork, including Bondo repair. You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to prepare low-mileage, late-model cars for customers. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that all vehicles are ready for delivery, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
