Your analytical mindset enables you to conduct ad-hoc analyses that inform resource allocation and investment strategies. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the G&A FP&A team at MongoDB. You will partner with various business units to drive decision-making and resource planning, ensuring that financial strategies align with company objectives. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining detailed financial models that support headcount planning and optimization. You will conduct ad-hoc analyses to guide leaders toward efficient operating strategies and investments in product initiatives.

You will work closely with executives and team leaders to evaluate, plan, execute, and measure strategic business initiatives. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be crucial as you establish yourself as a key advisor for your G&A partners. You will also be involved in coordinating forecast efforts and ensuring that financial data is accurate and actionable.
