What you'll do

As a Program Design Manager at SageSure, you will be pivotal in refining and driving clarity in the business requirements necessary for the successful implementation of new carriers, products, conventions, and coverages for our Commercial business unit. You will collaborate with multiple departments, including Product Development, Actuarial, Claims, Customer Service, Software, Product Implementation, and Sales & Marketing. Your role will involve clarifying project scope and gaining alignment on business objectives, ensuring that new program deployments are executed with precision, speed, and impact. You will coordinate across Product, Marketing, and Software teams to launch scalable programs that drive growth and innovation. Your contributions will help turn strategic vision into operational reality, and you will play a crucial role in delivering new program deployments that meet the demands of the market.
