Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with executive stakeholders, ensuring that customer needs are understood and met. Your analytical skills allow you to assess adoption and usage trends, translating data into actionable insights that drive customer value. You are a proactive communicator, capable of advocating for customer needs within your organization while also identifying growth opportunities. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, valuing collaboration and creativity in your approach to customer success.

Desirable

Experience with Datadog products or similar SaaS solutions is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to quantify value delivered to customers. A background in technical account management or sales engineering can also be beneficial in this role.

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Datadog, you will act as a strategic partner to our largest and most strategic customers. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams to engage with executive, technical, and business stakeholders, ensuring that customer goals are clearly understood and translated into a compelling value narrative. Leading quarterly business reviews and strategic discussions, you will demonstrate the impact of Datadog's solutions and align on priorities for future initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing customer adoption and usage trends, extracting insights from large datasets to identify gaps and drive financially grounded recommendations. You will position Datadog as a trusted partner, advocating for customer success and satisfaction at every opportunity.
