Who you are
You have a strong background in partnership management, with at least 5 years of experience in building and executing partner strategies across various regions. Your expertise includes recruiting, qualifying, onboarding, and enabling partners to ensure mutual success. You understand the nuances of the eCommerce landscape and have a proven track record of driving revenue through effective partner ecosystems. You are a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact.
Desirable
Experience in the eCommerce or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with marketplace and dropship models. You have a network of contacts within the industry and can leverage these relationships to benefit Mirakl's objectives. A background in sales or marketing would also be advantageous, as you will work closely with these teams to align partner strategies with overall business goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the partner strategy in key markets including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. You will recruit and onboard new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. Collaborating with the Sales EMEA and tech/App Store teams, you will drive pipeline, annual contract value (ACV), and gross merchandise value (GMV) through a high-performing ecosystem. You will also oversee the monetization strategy for the app store, working to create new revenue streams and enhance the overall partner experience.
You will analyze market trends and partner performance to continuously refine the strategy and ensure alignment with Mirakl's growth objectives. Regularly reporting on progress and outcomes will be essential, as will maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to foster collaboration and innovation. You will be a key player in Mirakl's mission to empower enterprises with advanced eCommerce solutions, contributing to the company's overall success and reputation in the industry.
