You have a proven track record in leading partnership strategies and have successfully scaled partnership functions in previous roles. With 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, you understand the nuances of building and maintaining strategic relationships that drive revenue. You are a strategic thinker who can align partnership goals with business objectives, ensuring mutual success for both Intercom and its partners. Your strong communication skills enable you to work effectively with senior leaders across various departments, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at navigating complex organizational structures to achieve results. You are passionate about customer experience and understand how partnerships can enhance the value delivered to customers.
Experience in the SaaS industry or with AI-driven products is a plus. Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and revenue generation through partnerships will set you apart. You have a network of contacts in the tech industry that can be leveraged to create new opportunities for collaboration. A background in sales or marketing can also be beneficial as you work closely with these teams to execute partnership strategies.
As the Head of Global Partnerships at Intercom, you will own the end-to-end partnerships charter, which includes developing and executing the ecosystem strategy.
