Your background includes hiring, onboarding, and coaching teams to achieve their goals effectively. You are skilled in designing operational playbooks that facilitate engagement and trial activation, utilizing various touchpoints such as social media, community outreach, and events. You prioritize building relationships, education, and trust with prospects, ensuring that your team focuses on delivering value rather than just meeting sales quotas. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing and Digital, to align messaging and engagement workflows.
Desirable
Experience in technology sales or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with sales engagement tools and methodologies. You are data-driven and can analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement. You are passionate about shaping the future of intelligent sales and are eager to contribute to a culture of collaboration and success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and scale a team of Business Development Representatives, focusing on driving product adoption through trials. You will be responsible for designing and operationalizing engagement playbooks that guide prospects from awareness to trial activation. Your leadership will ensure that the team prioritizes relationship-building and education over transactional outcomes. You will monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their goals. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment in messaging and engagement strategies. Your role will involve analyzing engagement metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive team culture that emphasizes trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What we offer
Vivun offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 USD, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation. The actual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications and experience. This position is also eligible for equity, providing you with an opportunity to share in the company's success.
