Google is seeking a Senior Creative Lead in Marketing to drive consumer marketing campaigns across LATAM. You'll leverage your expertise in creative leadership, art direction, and copywriting. This role requires fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 9 years of experience in creative leadership, whether in an agency or in-house setting. Your background includes art direction, copywriting, or creative strategy, and you have a strong portfolio showcasing your work in Brand, Interactive, Conceptual, Experiential, or Technology design. You are fluent in English and either Portuguese or Spanish, enabling you to effectively manage client relationships in the region. You have experience leading consumer marketing campaigns across multiple regions or markets, demonstrating your ability to adapt and resonate with diverse audiences.
You are familiar with utilizing AI tools in professional creative workflows, which enhances your ability to innovate and streamline processes. Your experience includes managing and inspiring external creative agencies to deliver breakthrough work, and you excel at consolidating complex product portfolios into simple, human-centric narratives. You understand Latin American culture, slang, and market dynamics, which allows you to create culturally relevant stories that resonate with local users.
You thrive in a flexible, ever-changing environment and are open to new influences and inspiration. You bring visual, design, written, and experiential acumen to Google products and services, ensuring they are presented effectively across all major media, content, channels, and experiences. You are adept at working with a deeply cross-functional team and inspiring vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts.
You have a proven track record of removing process blockers and managing multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization, showcasing your agility and leadership skills. Your ability to adapt, scale, and translate global narratives into culturally relevant stories for LATAM users is a key asset in this role.
