Smartsheet is hiring a Software Engineer I to contribute to the development life cycle and implement new features. You'll work with technologies like Java, JavaScript, and SQL in a hybrid role based in Bangalore.
You are an entry-level software engineer eager to contribute to the entire development life cycle, from concept to release. You have a foundational understanding of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python, and are familiar with REST APIs and SQL databases. You are excited about the opportunity to work across various disciplines, including front-end, back-end, and test automation, and are keen to build a wide skill set while collaborating with multiple teams.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to participate in system architecture discussions. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of quality assurance and defect resolution in delivering robust software solutions. You are also open to using AI tools to enhance your efficiency in coding, testing, design, and troubleshooting.
