Figma is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive sales and maximize revenue with customers. You'll build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver innovative solutions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for design.

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the tech or design industry — you understand how to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and can navigate complex business needs. You possess excellent communication skills — you can articulate value propositions clearly and effectively, ensuring that clients understand how Figma's platform can meet their needs. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to inform your sales strategies, helping you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to enhance your approach and achieve better results.

Desirable

Experience in the mid-market segment is a plus, as is familiarity with design tools or platforms. A background in account management or business development will also be beneficial, as you will be expected to engage with clients at various levels of their organizations. You are comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new tools and systems that will aid in your sales efforts.

What you'll do
