Revolutionize Packaging Sustainability: Transform Supply Chain Impact with Innovative Solutions

Join our mission to dramatically reduce packaging waste and create meaningful environmental change across global supply networks. You'll play a critical role in driving sustainable packaging strategies that benefit customers, partners, and our planet.

Key job responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with selling partners, championing their business growth and sustainability goals
- Design and implement strategic engagement programs that drive packaging innovation
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to expand sustainable packaging adoption
- Collaborate across teams to create compelling value propositions for potential partners
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness

A day in the life
Your day will be dynamic and impactful, collaborating with diverse selling partners to implement packaging innovations. You'll engage in strategic conversations, develop relationship-building approaches, and create compelling value propositions that inspire sustainable transformation.

About the team
We are a passionate group dedicated to reimagining packaging solutions. Our vision is to lead industry-wide sustainability efforts by working closely with 700,000+ selling partners. We believe in collaborative approaches that create meaningful environmental and business value.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Studies, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or sustainability initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Intermediate Mandarin language proficiency- Master's degree in Sustainability or Business Administration
- Experience in supply chain transformation projects
- Advanced Mandarin language certification
- Knowledge of packaging technology and environmental regulations
- Previous work in cross-cultural business environments
