You have experience in sales operations or a related field, acting as a bridge between different business units to streamline operations and enhance performance. You are skilled in data analysis and reporting, enabling you to provide insights on key metrics and KPIs that drive the success of the company. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication across teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives that support the overall goals of the organization. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fully remote environment, working effectively with a global team.

What you'll do

As a Sales Operations Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations team and various business units, including Sales Development Representatives, Acquisition Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Sales Engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute strategic initiatives that streamline business operations and enhance performance. You will analyze data to provide reporting on key metrics and KPIs, helping to drive the overall success of the company. You will act as a key liaison, ensuring that communication flows smoothly between teams and that everyone is aligned on objectives. You will also be involved in assessing skills and candidate matching, utilizing AI tools to support the recruitment process while ensuring human oversight in final hiring decisions.
