What you'll do

As a Senior Product (UX) Designer at Mark43, you will lead design initiatives that shape the user experience of our cloud-based public safety platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that user needs are at the forefront of our design process. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will advocate for users throughout the design process, ensuring that their voices are heard and their needs are met.

You will also be responsible for simplifying complex workflows, making it easier for first responders to use our tools effectively. Your designs will set a new standard for the software products that our users rely on, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of public safety technology. You will mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the team.
