As a Market Associate at Airbnb, you will play a crucial role in the retention and growth of long-tail hosts in your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture business relationships with emerging professional host accounts. You will suggest and support strategic initiatives that drive their success on the platform, including supply optimization, pricing strategies, and host recruitment. You will also provide education on best practices to ensure that hosts maintain high hospitality standards for an excellent guest experience.
In addition to one-on-one account management, you will collaborate with Market Managers to deliver one-to-many education programs. This will involve creating engaging content and resources that help hosts understand how to maximize their listings and improve their performance on Airbnb. You will analyze host data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and you will work closely with your team to implement strategies that enhance the overall host experience.
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of €40,000—€46,000 EUR annually, along with potential bonuses and benefits.
