Technical Lead (Full Stack)

As a Frontend Lead , you will be responsible for developing cloud-first web applications. You will lead mixed discipline development teams to deliver a product to an agreed scope, time and budget and to a high standard.

Responsibilities :

• Align Sigmoid with key Client initiatives

• Interface daily with customers across leading Fortune 500 companies to understand strategic requirements

• Ability to understand business requirements and tie them to technology solutions

• Build a delivery plan with domain experts and stay on track

• Excellent experience in Application development and support, integration development and data management.

• Ability to identify risks and prepare an alternate plan of action

• Design and develop various components using technologies such as but not limited to   React.js, Node.js,  and across databases such as MongoDB, postgresQL, Firestore etcs.

• Provide technical direction and strategic leadership on Systems Design, Microservices Driven Architecture.

• Play the key role of hiring manager to build the future of Sigmoid.

• Resolving TLs in BAU design and coding tasks, stepping in to code if needed.

• Define the team structure, Hire and train the team as needed

• Stay up-to-date on the latest technology to ensure the greatest ROI for customer & Sigmoid

• Design and implement APIs.

• Review Database schemas and share expert knowledge to provide easy and simple but comprehensive data designs.

• Experience in defining technical requirements, planning and executing scope with teams, productionizing applications, and exploring new web technologies.

Qualifications :- 

• 8+ year track record of relevant work experience and a Computer Science or related technical discipline is required

• 6+ years of experience in software development related to web technologies such as but not limited to Java, Python, Javascript, React.js, Node.js Flask APIs, Django, MEAN stack, MERN stack

• Experience with Microservices design (including Event-Driven Architecture) and API design experience.

• Rich engineering experience in building high-quality, enterprise-level applications.

• Dynamic leader who has directly managed team of highly competent developers in fast paced work environment

Preferred Qualification: 

• Experience in agile methodology

• Development and support experience in Web Applications being either a frontend developer, a backend developer or a full stack developer.

• Architecting, developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise level applications.

• Experience with database modeling and development.
