The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Project Coordinator to manage the administrative aspects of an attorney Continuing Legal Education program. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on compliance and effective communication.
You are a detail-oriented and process-driven individual who thrives on structure and enjoys organizing complex workflows. You take pride in accurate documentation and the smooth execution of recurring programs. Your ability to manage administrative and operational aspects of projects ensures compliance and exceptional organization. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and value clear communication.
In this role, you will coordinate all administrative aspects of the attorney Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program, including scheduling and managing resources. You will ensure that all processes are compliant with regulations and that documentation is maintained accurately. Your responsibilities will include liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on program status. You will also support the Integrated Marketing team in executing initiatives that drive business results. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance program efficiency.
