Kaseya is seeking a Senior Principal Account Manager for Key Accounts to manage strategic customer relationships and drive business success. This role requires a consultative sales approach and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
You are a highly strategic, results-oriented sales professional with extensive experience in managing key accounts. With a proven track record in software sales, you thrive in a consultative, customer-centric sales culture. You are prepared to go above and beyond for the betterment of your customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders is a key asset in your role. You understand the importance of aligning customer goals with business objectives, and you are adept at navigating complex sales processes.
Experience in the IT infrastructure and security management sector is a plus, as is familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by organizations in managing and securing their IT environments.
