What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Payments Platform at Bestow, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining the technology that powers our platform. You will oversee the development process, from design to deployment, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the team delivers high-quality software on time. You will collaborate with other functional teams, including data & analytics and program management, to integrate third-party products and enhance the platform's capabilities. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness within the engineering team.
