Sr Brand Specialist, Mexico Consumer

Job Description
You’ll be responsible for looking after categories and brands´product portfolio, contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers and creating detailed monthly reports on performance. You’ll lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.
You will also provide support to drive category growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions; proposing changes to operational processes; driving a high standard in customer satisfaction; ensuring high-quality product detail pages; and making recommendations for effective marketing campaigns.
To achieve success in the Senior Brand Specialist role, you will have strong analytical skills as well as relationship management and organizational skills. You will also be comfortable picking up new technologies and skills quickly. You'll be an analytics expert, identifying problem or opportunity areas and then creating plans to find resolutions, with the ability to pick up new skills quickly. You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Brand Specialist, you will be fully involved in all business functions of your brands, including onsite marketing, vendor relation management and in-stock management. Some of the tasks associated with these functions include:e:
· Online marketing: improving product page data, developing marketing and merchandising plans, improving customer experience onsite, helping generating traffic and sales
· Vendor management: help growing selection of products to sell on Amazon, onboarding new vendors, identifying and resolving pricing issues
· In-stock management: tracking purchase orders, investigating late deliveries, resolving order rejections, working with vendors on PO automation.

- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- 2+ years of doing one of several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce experience
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required
- 2+ years of data analysis and interpretation, data-backed decision making, and/or writing data-based recommendations.
- 2+ years of working with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Spanish.- 2+ years of experience communicating to senior leadership in Spanish and English
- 2+ year of experience planning projects, and developing time-management skills.
- 2+ years developing Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to close negotiations with favorable terms for all parties.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of SQL and/or Python
