Job Description

Amazon Turkey Retail Team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the strategic execution and scaling of our impactful Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Program in Turkey, driving exceptional value for our vendor partners and customers. The Senior Program Manager will define and optimize scalable AVS offerings to enhance retention, compliance, and value for Amazon and its partners. S/he will tailor the global AVS program to local markets while maintaining consistency. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, influencing senior leadership, standardizing and localizing processes, implementing industry-leading services, and owning/improving AVS operational processes using Tech / AI and data-driven decision making.

Key job responsibilities
Program Development & Execution:
- Define, implement, and optimize scalable AVS processes that enhance retention, compliance, and drive value for both Amazon and our vendor partners.
- Deeply understand the local market dynamics, vendor needs, and business context in Turkey to tailor the global AVS program while maintaining consistency and standardization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and leadership of Retail, AVS, RBS, Finance, Operations, Marketing Teams to ensure end-to-end execution and to improve the vendor experience and benefits delivered through the AVS program.

Standardization, Cross-Functional Influence & Scaling:
- Drive strategic standardization of processes and best practices across EU, US, and EC AVS programs.
- Implement and adapt industry-leading AVS program services, playbooks, and tools, tailoring them to the local market context in Turkey.

Operational Excellence, Process Automation & AI Integration:
- Own and continuously simplify core AVS operational processes to drive efficiency and value.
- Identify high-impact opportunities to automate low-value added activities and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the AVS program.
- Develop and operationalize robust reporting, tracking, and performance management systems (e.g., dashboards, vendor engagement models, scorecards) to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of the AVS program.

You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and scalability of our AVS initiatives, continuously improving vendor engagement in this rapidly growing market.

As the Senior Program Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of vendor services in Turkey. Leverage your expertise to tailor our global AVS offerings to the local context, while driving strategic standardization and scaling of best practices across Amazon geographies. Your work will directly contribute to the success of hundreds of businesses, empowering them to expand, optimize, and delight our shared customers.- Experience with program or project management
- Experience in working with Product-Tech Teams; communicating business needs by being the bridge between business and product-tech teams, and drive tech enhancements in large teams,
- Experienc in leading change management agenda in matrix organizations,
- Skills in using data and metrics to define root causes, and build solutions to drive success,
- Proven success record on defining program roadmap, end to end delivery, and influencing senior leaders.
- Bachelor's Degree- Engineering Background,
- Product Management Experience,
- Experience driving process improvements,
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
