Who you are

You are a proactive individual who enjoys working directly with customers and ensuring their needs are met. You have strong communication skills and are comfortable handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. You understand the importance of maintaining accurate records and adhering to operational guidelines to protect customer data. What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers at one of Amazon's last-mile distribution centers. You will be responsible for contacting customers regarding their deliveries and addressing any issues that arise. You will collaborate with logistics teams and delivery partners to investigate and resolve delivery problems promptly. You will maintain daily, weekly, and monthly records of customer inquiries and ensure compliance with operational instructions. Additionally, you will support internal communication efforts, including creating presentations and contributing to continuous improvement programs.
