Desirable

What you'll do

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Neuralink, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for brain interface devices. You will work closely with the Brain Interfaces Mechanical Engineering team to ensure that all mechanical and manufacturing systems are aligned with product requirements. Your role will involve maintaining and supporting existing products and processes, troubleshooting failures, and implementing updates to enhance reliability and performance.

You will focus on creating efficient, scalable systems for producing brain interfaces, emphasizing innovation and quality assurance. This includes detailed designing of 3D CAD and 2D drawings, ensuring that all designs are optimized for manufacturability. You will also be involved in rapid prototyping, allowing for quick iterations and improvements based on testing and feedback.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with cross-functional teams to integrate electronics packaging and design manufacturing lines. You will be responsible for scoping projects and requirements, ensuring that all timelines are met and that projects are completed on schedule. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the manufacturing processes and the overall mission of Neuralink.
