Hightouch is seeking a Solutions Engineer to work closely with major clients, solving complex data challenges. You'll leverage your expertise in data engineering and analytics to enhance customer experiences. This role requires 4+ years of sales experience and familiarity with Martech solutions.
You have 4+ years of sales experience, demonstrating strong discovery and interpersonal skills that allow you to connect with clients effectively. Your intellectual curiosity drives you to learn continuously, and you approach challenges with high ambition and humility. You have experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions, which equips you to understand the needs of our clients deeply.
Your background includes working with Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Modeling, allowing you to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable with APIs and understand how they integrate into broader data solutions. Bonus points if you have experience with Customer Data Platforms, as this will enhance your ability to serve our clients.
As a Solutions Engineer at Hightouch, you will work closely with our biggest customers, helping them solve their toughest data challenges. You will engage in deep discussions with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that leverage our AI platform. Your role will involve teaching clients how to utilize our technology effectively, ensuring they can maximize their marketing workflows.
You will collaborate with a talented team of solutions engineers, sharing insights and strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be crucial as you guide clients through the implementation of our solutions.
In addition to direct client interactions, you will contribute to the development of best practices and resources that enhance our team's effectiveness. You will also stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and data solutions, ensuring that Hightouch remains at the forefront of the market.
