What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, working closely with leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business goals. You will collaborate with the Chief People Officer to drive organizational design efforts, ensuring that the structure of the organization supports its strategic objectives. You will facilitate leadership development programs and provide coaching to leaders to enhance their effectiveness. Additionally, you will analyze workforce data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving employee engagement and retention. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. You will also oversee the implementation of HR policies and practices that align with the company's mission and values.
