Orb is seeking a Sales Director to lead the sales team in identifying and closing high-potential accounts across mid-market and enterprise segments. You'll support Account Executives in managing complex sales cycles and developing their skills. This role requires strong sales leadership and analytical skills.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing complex, technical sales cycles. Your analytical skills enable you to identify opportunities and develop strategies that consistently meet and exceed New Logo bookings goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success. Experience in the AI or software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with usage-based pricing models.
