Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in client development and sales, ideally within the private equity or financial services sector — your experience has equipped you with the skills to drive new client acquisition and establish effective go-to-market strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Your strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals have been key to your success in previous roles.

You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and have a deep understanding of the private capital markets — your expertise allows you to navigate complex sales processes and build lasting relationships with clients. You are results-driven and have a strategic mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven sales environment is a plus — you understand how to leverage technology to enhance client engagement and drive sales performance. Familiarity with cloud-based analytics and data management solutions will help you connect with clients and articulate the value of Chronograph's offerings.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Client Development team in the UK, focusing on driving new client acquisition across EMEA and APAC regions. You will work closely with the Global Head of Sales to define and implement the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, evaluation ownership, proof of concept design and execution, and closing deals with clients.

You will engage with stakeholders across the organization to build a successful sales framework that supports the growth of the team and the company. Your ability to analyze market trends and client needs will be crucial in shaping the sales approach and identifying new opportunities for growth.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Your leadership will help create an environment where team members feel empowered to contribute their ideas and drive results.
