Overview

Adyen is seeking a Product Manager to scale their Payments proposition, focusing on alternative payment methods. You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the payments industry. You understand the complexities of payment methods and are eager to tackle challenges that come with scaling innovative solutions. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is key, as you will work closely with engineers and stakeholders to drive product success. You are comfortable taking ownership of projects and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Experience with alternative payment methods and a deep understanding of the payments landscape will set you apart. What you'll do

In this role, you will take on end-to-end responsibility for scaling Adyen's Payments proposition, focusing on bank and alternative payment methods. You will collaborate with a team of product managers to prioritize features and enhancements that align with market demands. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand customer needs and pain points, which will inform your product strategy. You will work closely with the Amsterdam-based engineering team to ensure that the technical implementation aligns with the product vision. Additionally, you will engage with global stakeholders to coordinate efforts across different payment solutions, ensuring a cohesive approach to product development.

You will be responsible for defining success metrics for your product area and using data to drive decision-making. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial as you advocate for the best emerging payment technologies. You will also participate in sprint planning and contribute to the overall product roadmap, ensuring that your team is aligned and focused on delivering value to customers.
