Dropbox is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance user experiences for over 700 million global users. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful UX and visual improvements. This role requires 8+ years of experience in product design.
You have 8+ years of experience in a Product Design role, showcasing exceptional craft and attention to detail. Your background includes delivering work across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition through retention and churn. You have experience balancing incremental improvements with visionary goals, ensuring that your designs not only meet immediate needs but also align with long-term product vision. You are skilled in creating or contributing to design systems, which enhances consistency and efficiency in design processes. You stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to your work.
As a Senior Product Designer on the Dropbox Growth team, you will create systems and experiences that measurably improve the lifecycle of our 700M+ global users. You will translate complex concepts and requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences. Your role will involve developing and iterating on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows. You will launch experiments focused on customer and business impact, incorporating learnings into future work. Regular participation in design team critiques will be essential as you pursue the highest standards of aesthetic and interaction quality. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that your work is grounded in user needs and behaviors.
