Onsite Medical Representative

Who you are

You are an experienced Onsite Medical Representative with a strong commitment to the health and safety of employees. You have a passion for advocating health and wellness principles, ensuring that associates receive the support they need for both occupational and non-occupational injuries. You are comfortable working independently and are willing to learn about OSHA regulations and risk analysis to enhance workplace safety. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the WHS Site Manager and other specialists to promote a safe workplace culture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide first aid support to Amazon Associates and make referrals to outside medical providers as necessary. You will attend weekly safety committee meetings and engage with new hires to ensure they understand the health and safety protocols in place. Your responsibilities will include assessing and administering first aid, participating in case management review meetings, and supporting safety operations as needed. You will play a crucial role in minimizing the risk of injury among associates and fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing at the site.
