Affirm is seeking an Executive Assistant II to provide high-touch support to the Founder & CEO. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic schedule effectively.
You are a confident and resourceful individual with experience in providing high-level administrative support. You understand the importance of creating efficiency and clarity in a fast-paced environment, and you thrive in roles that require proactive management of schedules and commitments. You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and can anticipate the needs of the CEO, ensuring that their time is leveraged effectively. You are comfortable with travel and can adapt to the demands of a role that requires flexibility and dedication.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Founder & CEO of Affirm, managing their calendar and commitments with meticulous attention to detail. You will be responsible for anticipating the needs of the CEO and ensuring that they have everything they need to be successful. This includes coordinating meetings, managing stakeholder relationships, and handling travel arrangements. You will also be expected to maintain a presence in the San Francisco office when the CEO is present, ensuring that you are available to provide support as needed. Your role will be crucial in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives while you handle the day-to-day logistics of their schedule.
