What you'll do

As the Partner Research & Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners. You will work closely with the Director of Partner Research and Success to develop strategies that enhance partner engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve understanding partner needs and aligning them with Truveta's offerings. You will facilitate communication between partners and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and utilization of the platform. Additionally, you will analyze partner feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous success.
