You have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, particularly with Salesforce, and a strong understanding of CI/CD practices. You thrive on automation and have a proven track record of transforming traditional release processes into efficient, scalable systems. Your proactive ownership and ability to influence engineering teams make you a key player in driving change.
Your expertise in Salesforce DX and Second-Generation Packaging allows you to design and implement a modern delivery ecosystem. You are comfortable working with multiple scrum teams and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. You enjoy troubleshooting deployment failures and optimizing pipeline performance to ensure reliable releases.
You have experience with Git and understand branching strategies, which you can clearly explain to teams.
