Dropbox is seeking a Channel Programs and Incentives Manager to design and optimize channel programs that drive business impact. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize Salesforce and Tableau to enhance partner engagement. This role requires a strong background in business operations and program management.
You have 5+ years of experience in business operations or program operations, particularly in high-tech or SaaS environments. Your track record includes building and scaling channel programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. You possess a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and are passionate about driving channel-sourced revenue.
You excel at designing and operationalizing programs, ensuring they are built to scale globally. Your analytical mindset allows you to define success metrics and establish operational rigor, continuously improving programs based on performance and partner feedback. You have experience working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, translating strategy into actionable processes.
Your ownership mindset drives you to lead change at scale, turning complexity into clarity and results. You are comfortable navigating cross-functional dynamics and have a proven ability to align teams towards common goals. Your communication skills enable you to articulate strategies effectively to various stakeholders.
Experience with partner program incentives is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Tableau. You understand the nuances of channel sales and have a strategic approach to enhancing partner engagement and mindshare.
In this role, you will own and evolve key components of the partner experience, focusing on accelerating channel-sourced revenue and increasing partner engagement. You will design, operationalize, and scale channel sales programs and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall commercial strategy.
You will define success metrics for these programs and establish a cadence for operational reviews, continuously improving based on insights and feedback. Your role will involve collaborating with leaders across various functions, including sales, marketing, and analytics, to ensure that programs are effectively implemented and optimized.
You will be responsible for driving the operating cadence of the channel business, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with strategic goals. Your ability to translate complex strategies into durable processes will be key to unlocking growth through the partner ecosystem.
Dropbox offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $143,800—$194,600 USD depending on your zone.
