Carvana is seeking an Experienced Diesel Technician to join their Fleet Maintenance team in Delanco, NJ. You'll work on Class 8 trucks and trailers, ensuring vehicle uptime and safety. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.
You are a skilled Diesel Technician with experience working on Class 8 trucks and trailers. You have a strong problem-solving mindset and are dedicated to ensuring vehicle uptime and reliability. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing team. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, and speak English fluently. You are at least 18 years of age and are ready to take on the responsibilities of maintaining a fleet of vehicles under manufacturer warranty.
Experience with ASE certification is a plus, as is familiarity with fleet maintenance practices. You may also have a background in automotive technology or related fields, which will enhance your ability to diagnose and repair issues effectively.
As a Diesel Technician at Carvana, you will be a key member of the Fleet Maintenance team, responsible for ensuring that our Class 8 fleet is safe and reliable. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers, diagnosing mechanical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will work closely with other technicians and team members to maintain high levels of vehicle uptime, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. You will also have opportunities for growth and advancement within the company, including internal training and certification programs.
Carvana offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $30 to $36, along with overtime opportunities.
