Your expertise in Microsoft's product landscape allows you to effectively address customer requirements and act as their voice within the organization. You are skilled in analyzing customer needs and advising on gaps that can be filled with Microsoft solutions, driving digital transformation for high-impact accounts.

Desirable

Experience in the retail sector is a plus, as is familiarity with business transformations through technology. You are comfortable working with senior executives and line-of-business leaders to articulate how Microsoft technology can meet future business needs better than the competition. Your ability to create stakeholder maps and coverage plans demonstrates your strategic thinking and execution capabilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with customers and/or partners to provide innovative solutions that integrate Microsoft technology into their business processes. You will lead customer business transformations, ensuring that the solutions provided align with their strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include establishing best practices for aligning with quota attainment and consumption goals, as well as creating enablement plans for large customers. You will contribute to the overall strategy for customer engagement and work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met effectively.

You will also be responsible for analyzing customer performance markers and identifying areas for improvement. By leveraging your knowledge of Microsoft products, you will guide customers through their digital transformation journeys, helping them to realize the full potential of the technology at their disposal. Your role will require you to act as an advocate for the customer within Microsoft, ensuring that their feedback and needs are communicated across all levels of the organization.
