You are a motivated individual eager to break into the tech recruitment field, particularly in the area of engineering talent acquisition. You thrive in high-activity environments and enjoy the challenge of prospecting and engaging with potential candidates. Your ability to craft personalized outreach messages will be key in attracting top-tier talent. You understand the importance of building and maintaining a warm pipeline of candidates, ensuring that the sourcing funnel is always full. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of tracking response rates and optimizing outreach strategies for better conversion.
Experience in recruitment or sourcing, particularly in technical roles, is a plus. Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub will help you identify and engage with potential candidates effectively. A passion for technology and understanding of AI and engineering roles will enhance your ability to connect with candidates.
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting relentlessly to identify and research top-tier full-stack and AI engineers. You will utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and events, to find the best candidates. Crafting personalized, high-conversion outreach messages will be a significant part of your daily tasks, as you engage candidates and understand their motivations. You will qualify interest and pass high-signal prospects to the recruiting team, ensuring that only the best candidates move forward in the hiring process. Additionally, you will keep sourcing funnels organized and warm, constantly working to fill the pipeline with potential hires.
