Job Description

Fire TV is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Feature Discovery experience, a crucial component that helps millions of customers discover and enjoy a wide variety of features available on their Fire TV. As the single-threaded leader for this experience, you'll be responsible to deliver the vision and tools for feature education that enhances customer experience, drives engagement, builds lasting habits, and maximizes customer value. These improvements directly impact business outcomes through reduced churn and sustained usage, making feature discovery essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and a competitive advantage. Your mission will be to create scale-able, contextual, targeted and easily accessible experiences that will help customers find the features that they will come to love and use the most

In this role, you'll drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the Fire TV feature discovery experience, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to create more personalized and engaging customer experiences. You'll develop a compelling product roadmap that balances customer needs, technical capabilities, and business objectives, while exploring innovative ways to use AI for improved content discovery, recommendations, and user experience optimization. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration with teams across Fire TV and partner organizations, own prioritization and requirement management, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the customer experience.


Key job responsibilities
Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the Fire TV Feature Discovery experience to improve customer engagement and business outcomes
• Develop and maintain a compelling product roadmap that balances customer needs, technical capabilities, and business objectives
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, design, engineering, and quality teams across Fire TV and partner organizations
• Own prioritization and requirement management across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and customer impact
• Define and track success metrics, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve the customer experience
• Balance technical trade-offs while maintaining high standards for performance and reliability
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
