Clinical Implementation Manager

You have a strong background in customer success or implementation management, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors. Your experience includes working closely with clients to understand their needs and translating complex technical information into actionable plans. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively train and support users in adopting new software solutions. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all aspects of the implementation process are executed smoothly. Desirable

Experience in radiation oncology or healthcare technology is a plus. Familiarity with software implementation processes and training methodologies will help you excel in this role. A background in project management or customer relationship management tools would be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to provide custom demonstrations of Radformation's software to prospective customers, showcasing how it can enhance their clinical workflows. You will collaborate with Radformation IT and customer IT teams to prepare clinics for software installation, ensuring that all technical requirements are met. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive training to new users, helping them understand best practices and workflows that improve efficiency and patient safety. You will also gather feedback from clinics to inform product improvements and assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation process. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that clinics successfully adopt Radformation's software, ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes.
