Radformation is seeking a Clinical Implementation Manager to help radiation oncology clinics adopt and optimize their software solutions. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless implementations and provide training to new users. This role is fully remote within the United States.
You have a strong background in customer success or implementation management, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors. Your experience includes working closely with clients to understand their needs and translating complex technical information into actionable plans. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively train and support users in adopting new software solutions. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all aspects of the implementation process are executed smoothly. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are passionate about improving patient care and are motivated by the mission to reduce cancer's global impact.
Experience in radiation oncology or healthcare technology is a plus. Familiarity with software implementation processes and training methodologies will help you excel in this role. A background in project management or customer relationship management tools would be beneficial.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to provide custom demonstrations of Radformation's software to prospective customers, showcasing how it can enhance their clinical workflows. You will collaborate with Radformation IT and customer IT teams to prepare clinics for software installation, ensuring that all technical requirements are met. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive training to new users, helping them understand best practices and workflows that improve efficiency and patient safety. You will also gather feedback from clinics to inform product improvements and assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation process. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that clinics successfully adopt Radformation's software, ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes.
