You are a skilled Data Center Technician with experience in troubleshooting operating systems and resolving infrastructure issues. You understand the importance of maintaining documentation and conveying standard operating procedures to junior staff. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside software, hardware, and network engineers to ensure the smooth operation of AWS data centers. Your ability to innovate and make decisions independently, while also taking direction when necessary, sets you apart. Desirable

What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will be a primary resolver for your support team, tackling a variety of infrastructure issues. You will collaborate with engineers and specialists across AWS to maintain the highest standards of service. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving operating system issues, creating and maintaining documentation on the technologies you support, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently.
