You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience building production systems at scale — you've owned services from design through deployment and have navigated complex distributed systems issues. Your deep expertise in Java and Python allows you to design and implement high-performance backend solutions that deliver personalized customer experiences. You understand the importance of integrating machine learning models into backend systems, ensuring they enhance user interactions and provide real value. You are a strong collaborator, working closely with product managers and AI teams to translate user needs into technical solutions. Mentoring peers is something you enjoy, as you believe in fostering a culture of learning and growth within your team. You are passionate about improving system scalability and reliability, particularly in the context of third-party data integrations.
As a Senior Backend Engineer II on the Intelligence Team, you will design and build scalable backend systems that deliver personalized recommendations and adaptive customer journeys.
