You are comfortable working with Python, particularly in integrating machine learning solutions using FastAPI. Your experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure, equips you to define deployment strategies that enhance system performance and reliability.

You have a solid understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies, which you leverage to streamline development processes and improve code quality. Your leadership skills shine through in your ability to conduct code reviews and define best practices that elevate team performance. What you'll do

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer at Resilinc, you will be at the forefront of designing and building scalable systems that leverage Agentic AI for supply chain intelligence. You will lead the development of backend architectures using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring that they are robust and capable of handling high volumes of data. Your role will also involve creating user-friendly interfaces with Angular, providing seamless experiences for end-users.

You will collaborate closely with product, data science, and design teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that address critical supply chain challenges. Your leadership will guide the team in conducting code reviews, establishing best practices, and shaping deployment strategies on Azure. You will play a key role in evolving our CI/CD and DevOps pipelines, ensuring that our development processes are efficient and effective.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will be an advocate for innovation within the team, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies that can enhance our offerings. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and contribute to the team's success.
